Indemnity Agreement

By using the shuttle service to RIBBIZ Reserve (RR Wnzdz) provided by Russan Brown Limited, trading as Campus Elite Jamaica (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. **Assumption of Risk:** You understand that using the shuttle service involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, delays, and unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with this service.

2. **Waiver of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claims, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of your use of the shuttle service.

3. **Non-Liability for Alcohol Consumption:** The Company shall not be liable for any actions, damages, injuries, or incidents that result from the consumption of alcohol or any substance by any passenger before, during, or after using the shuttle service. You acknowledge that the responsibility for any behavior arising from intoxication lies solely with the individual.

4. **Indemnification:** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, demands, or expenses, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the shuttle service or behavior associated with alcohol or substance consumption.

5. **Fitness to Travel:** By boarding the shuttle, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for travel and will comply with all safety instructions provided by the Company.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica. Your use of the shuttle service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
