Campus Elite Shuttle Indemnity Agreement for RR Wnzdz Event
I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for using the shuttle provided by Russan Brown Ltd / TA Campus Elite Jamaica to attend the RR Wnzdz event:
Release of Liability: I hereby release Russan Brown Ltd / TA Campus Elite Jamaica, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, and demands arising from or in connection with my use of the Campus Elite Shuttle service to attend the RR Wnzdz event.
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with using shuttle services and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with such use.
