Campus Elite Shuttle Indemnity Agreement for RR Wnzdz Event

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for using the shuttle provided by Russan Brown Ltd / TA Campus Elite Jamaica to attend the RR Wnzdz event:

1. Release of Liability: I hereby release Russan Brown Ltd / TA Campus Elite Jamaica, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, and demands arising from or in connection with my use of the Campus Elite Shuttle service to attend the RR Wnzdz event.
2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with using shuttle services and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with such use.
3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Russan Brown Ltd / TA Campus Elite Jamaica, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising out of or resulting from my use of the Campus Elite Shuttle service.
4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Russan Brown Ltd / TA Campus Elite Jamaica operates.

By  registering for a ticket below  I acknowledge that I have read and understood this indemnity agreement and voluntarily accept its terms.
