By obtaining and scanning a Campus Elite shuttle ticket, you (“the Passenger”) expressly agree to the following travel indemnity terms:

I understand and acknowledge that travel to and from the event venue involves certain risks, including but not limited to vehicular accidents, delays, injury, loss of personal property, and other unforeseen events beyond the control of Campus Elite Jamaica Ltd. (“Campus Elite”).
