About the Event
Campus Elite General Travel & Event Indemnity Agreement
By obtaining, purchasing, redeeming, winning, being assigned, or otherwise receiving a ticket for any Campus Elite Jamaica Ltd. (“Campus Elite”) event or affiliated activity, and/or by scanning, presenting, or using such a ticket to participate in the event, you (“the Participant”) expressly agree to the following indemnity terms:
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in Campus Elite events, including but not limited to transportation, excursions, parties, beach trips, pool or water activities, and other recreational events, involves inherent risks. These risks may include vehicular accidents, delays, injuries, illnesses, drowning, property loss, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Campus Elite.
