Indemnity Agreement:
By using the shuttle service to the event provided by Russan Brown Limited, trading as Campus Elite Jamaica (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. **Assumption of Risk:** You understand that using the shuttle service involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, delays, and unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with this service.
2. **Waiver of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claims, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of your use of the shuttle service.
